Flooded Family Room
The pictures above demonstrate a saturated basement that flooded out of a drain in the laundry room caused by a storm outside of the house. This occasionally happens during storms because of the amount of rainfall causes flooding and high waters in certain areas. In the first picture you can see that the carpet is soaked from the water source, laundry room, at the back of the room. There are towels trying to soak up the excess water until a SERVPRO crew can get on site. In the after picture you can see that the carpet is dry and back in place ready to be precisely stapled down to a dry floor.
